What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us via email or contact form!

 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Read below to get a grasp of the return process if your return abides by our return policy.

How to Initiate a Refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team at excellentaestheticsss@yahoo.com or submit a contact form within 30 days of your purchase.

  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refund Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for compliance with our refund policy. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your wall art arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Note: Refunds are issued in accordance with the original payment method. It may take some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's policies.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
