Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address ● Ask your local post office if they have your package ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us by email or contact form with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but secondary shipping is not free and will be at your own cost

For framed art prints & framed canvas prints, It takes approximately 6-11 days for your artwork to arrive at your shipping location - Exact dates are determinant on the product type and your exact location For original paintings, it takes approximately 3-6 business days for your artwork to be delivered - Exact dates are determinant on the size of the artwork & your location

All of our framed art prints and framed canvas prints are fulfilled by a third-party print on demand company, meaning shipping times are out of our immediate control. All original artwork is packaged and shipped in house by artist Stevie Sobers, meaning we have more control over the shipping times.

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide for all of our framed prints! Shipment of original paintings are out of the Bay Area.

Unfortunately, we only offer free shipping on items placed through our fulfillment printing facilities (i.e. framed art prints and framed canvas prints) at the moment.

I reside in the Bay Area meaning I will travel anywhere in the Bay area for no additional cost. If you reside in California, but outside the Bay and desire a hand painted mural, an additional cost will be agreed upon during the consultation. These prices are dependent on distance & travel accommodations.

Custom artwork does not include a frame unless it is discussed and agreed upon during the client consultation call. There is an additionally price added for custom framing: exact pricing is dependent on size

Custom artwork takes approximately 2 weeks to complete (dependent on size of painting). Shipping & delivery are dependent on client's location.

The client has full control over custom artwork projects. Whether you prefer to receive weekly updates, give me broad guidelines or grant me full creative freedom, the level of involved the client is is up to them. I offer 2 free revisions throughout the process; additional revisions come with an additional price.

Yes! All framed artwork prints come framed and ready to hang on any wall in your space

Unfortunately, you cannot remove the canvas frames but you can remove the art print frames if you desire

If you desire a print OR canvas print without the frame, contact me to submit an order privately. We also offer digital downloads of the majority of designs in our Etsy shop

We are currently in the process of creating prints of Stevie's original canvas paintings. These prints will become available Summer 2024.
