This warm colored floral artwork screams beauty and whimsy. Gold leaves and intricate line work allowed me to capture the beauty of multiple flowers while creating a warm and inviting energy to the whole piece. This artwork will be sold framed and ready to hang.

Baby Blue Blooms
Medium: Acrylic on stretched canvas
Size: 16x20 inches
“Baby Blue Blooms” felt like a transformative piece the entire time I was creating. Prior to this painting, I never planned out my bouquets or flower placement because I believed that it hindered my creative process. I am someone who isn’t the best with change so I was nervous to put in extra work on something I wasn’t sure was going to work, but “Baby Blue Blooms” helped me break out of this fear mold. I decided to ditch the dripping paint for this piece because It felt much more whimsical without. I added silver rather than gold to match its cool toned theme and have really fallen in love with this piece as a whole.

Depths of Beauty
Medium: Acrylic on paper
Size: 9x12 inches
Depths of Beauty is the first physical artwork I created where I landed into the line work on each flower; prior to this piece I focused mostly on leaf and botanical line work in fear of “covering” or “ruining” the hard work f my floral painting. After creating this piece, I decided to embrace this style much more frequently allowingg me to present a new perspective into my artistic style.

Another Lifetime
“Another Lifetime” is an original acrylic piece on stretched 10x10 inch canvas. This was designed and painted as a gift for my grandmother who is sick and isn’t able to be in physical contact with my family. Her favorite animal is a giraffe and I wanted to capture the animal’s obvious beauty, but also adorn it with whimsical maximalist details to add a sense of “whimsy” to the piece. I am a big believer in spirituality and rebirth and decided to name this piece “another lifetime” because its beauty is a world in which I hope my Grandma remembers when she receives this gift.

Spring Awakening
Title “Spring Awakening” (Maximalist Meadows 5)
Size 16x20
Medium Acrylic
Another addition to my ‘Maximalist Meadows’ Series with a tad more subtlety to it.
The floral design doesn’t overtake the entire canvas like in the others, I skipped the classic drip affect and it was incredibly challenging to finish mentally; hence its name.
I had been in a creative slump to say the least for almost 3 months. An endless cycle of telling myself “tomorrow i’ll paint”, followed by finding something “easier” or “more important” or a multitude of excuses that led me not to begin. Of course, this led to extreme anxiety, imposter syndrome, and of course avoidance.
I started this floral piece 2 1/2 months ago. I didn’t like the colors I chose thinking they were too dark, one dimensional and ultimately “gave up” on it. It stared at me every time i’d sit in my living room, my easel facing the couch. It was so daunting.
I finally decided to just dive in and the colors, flowers, placement, everything just began to click. I truly felt a newfound love for floral painting with acrylics.
When it came to the background I was stumped for a good while but ultimately decided on the light pink. Immediately I began to feel giddy, a unique but amazing rush of spring and joy rushed through me!
Moving forward, I believe this painting was a major shifting point in my artistic journey, feeling as though I am now awake with creativity after a long dark winter. This piece Spring Awakening is one of a kind and embraces the unique creativity journey we all experience day to day.
